Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and refunds are not typically provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that sometimes things do not work out. We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• The product is significantly different from its description
• The product files are corrupted or inaccessible
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
• You have not yet downloaded the product files

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@structradigital.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad, which typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products that have been downloaded and used
• Refund requests made after 14 days
• Change of mind without a valid reason
• Products purchased during a sale or promotion
